- To add your First Bank Visa Debit Card to your iPhone, follow the steps below:
- -Open Settings > Wallet and Apple Pay™
- Tap plus + to add a card
- Scan the card or enter your information manually
- Enter the security code in the Card Details section
- Review and accept the Terms & Conditions if you agree

- Samsung Wallet™
- To add your First Bank Visa Debit Card to your Samsung phone, follow the steps below:
- Search your apps for Samsung Wallet /Pay. If not found, download it from the Google Play Store. (Samsung Wallet™)
- Go to my wallet and hit the plus + sign to add your Card
- Scan or manually add your card information
- If requested, enter your billing zip code and click next
- Review Terms & Conditions, touch Agree to all if you agree
- You may be prompted to contact the call center
- Touch Done to complete the process. Verification can take 5-10 minutes; wait for it to complete before the card can be used.

Lost or Stolen Debit or ATM Card
To report a lost or stolen Debit or ATM card, do the following:
- During Business Hours: -Contact your local branch (select from the left-hand menu), or
- Call our toll-free number, 1-877-848-5533.
- After Business Hours: -Call 1-800-236-2442, or
- Use our automated In Touch Banker, 1-800-236-1655 > Option 7,
In-Touch Banker: Access your accounts anytime with In Touch Banker, our automated telephone banking system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 1-906-428-3580 or 1-800-236-1655 to:
- Check account balances
- Review recent transactions
- Transfer funds between eligible accounts
- Report a lost or stolen debit card (Option 7)- Access your account information anytime, day or night

- ATM's are located at all First Bank locations and at Elmer’s County Market, 412 N. Lincoln Road, Escanaba.
